About the Role
Mandleva is seeking a Chief Operating Officer to own operational strategy and project delivery across the group. You will keep cross-functional teams aligned and ensure execution stays on track as the company scales.
What You Will Do
- Own operational strategy and execution across all Mandleva verticals
- Lead project delivery and cross-functional coordination
- Establish operational processes and performance metrics
- Partner with the CTO and GM on resourcing and prioritisation
- Report directly to the Founder and Board of Directors
