About the Role
Mandleva is seeking a Chief Technology Officer to lead product architecture and engineering across our software portfolio, including APESS, SnapLink, and SchoolFlow. You will set technical direction and build out the engineering organisation.
What You Will Do
- Define and own technical architecture across Mandleva's product suite
- Lead and grow the engineering team
- Set engineering standards, code quality, and security practices
- Drive technical roadmap in partnership with product and design
- Evaluate and adopt new technologies where they create real value
- Work directly with the Founder on technical strategy
What We Are Looking For
- check_circle5+ years of software engineering experience, with leadership experience
- check_circleStrong background in backend and/or fullstack development
- check_circleExperience with PostgreSQL, Node.js/Python, and modern web frameworks
- check_circleProven ability to lead and mentor engineering teams
- check_circleStrong architectural and systems-design judgment
Nice to Have
- add_circleExperience in fintech, edtech, or security software
- add_circleFamiliarity with Next.js, Supabase, and Neon
- add_circleTrack record of scaling engineering teams in a startup environment
