About the Role
Mandleva is seeking a General Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and financial strategy across the group. This is a foundational leadership role spanning our IT, Power, and Real Estate verticals, working directly with the Founder and Board.
What You Will Do
- Oversee day-to-day operations across all Mandleva verticals
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and resource allocation
- Coordinate between departments to ensure alignment with company strategy
- Manage administrative and operational processes as the company scales
- Report directly to the Founder and Board of Directors
- Support investment readiness and growth planning
