About the Role
Mandleva is seeking a Lead Designer to shape the visual identity and user experience across our products and brand touchpoints. You will bring our navy-and-gold identity to life across every interface we ship.
What You Will Do
- Lead UI/UX design across Mandleva's product portfolio
- Maintain and evolve the company's design system and brand identity
- Collaborate closely with engineering on feasible, polished implementations
- Conduct user research and translate findings into design decisions
- Mentor and review design work as the team grows
What We Are Looking For
- check_circle3+ years of product design experience
- check_circleStrong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX craft
- check_circleProficiency in Figma or similar design tooling
- check_circleUnderstanding of design systems and component-based design
- check_circleEye for detail and brand consistency
Nice to Have
- add_circleExperience designing for fintech, edtech, or B2B SaaS
- add_circleFront-end implementation skills (HTML/CSS/React)
- add_circleExperience building design systems from scratch
